Terms & Conditions / Sale and Purchase Agreement The following terms and conditions apply between you, hereinafter referred to as the "buyer", and the BotMaster Store (Seller), hereinafter referred to as the "BotMaster".

To run BotMaster products in the form of desktop software, a computer with at least Windows 10 is required.
Buyers are required to complete payment within a maximum of 72 hours to gain access to digital products sold by BotMaster.
BotMaster is obliged to provide access to digital products that have been purchased through this purchase within a maximum of 24 hours on working days (Monday-Friday) after the buyer completes payment.
BotMaster has a "no refund" policy, there are no refunds for money that buyers have paid to BotMaster.
The buyer is willing to have the license/permit to use the digital product that has been purchased removed without a refund of the money paid if he commits the following violations. - Sharing BotMaster products with other people without BotMaster permission. - Resell BotMaster products to other people without BotMaster permission unless you buy a reseller package. - Using BotMaster products for activities that are prohibited by applicable laws in World.
BotMaster is committed to providing product updates so that it can always be used with the latest version of the BotMaster Software.
BotMaster is committed to providing technical support related to products purchased as long as the buyer still has access to the product
Buyers understand that BotMaster provides support via Email and Whatsapp with a maximum response time of 1x24 hours on working days (Monday-Friday) and working hours. Buyers are welcome to contact again if there is no reply within 1x24 hours on these working days and hours.
Buyers understand that will get lifetime free updates for system updates (API) for all packages. Free updates forever also apply to user edition packages. if there is a software update such as code changes, layout changes, menu additions and/or updates that change the appearance in part or in whole. then buyers agree to be charged a small additional fee of $10 up to a maximum of $50 for each update (depending on conditions). Additional fees apply also to all whitelabel packages.
The following are the costs for the latest update according to the packages available on Botmaster
1. Update fee for user package (1 PC, unlimited PC): $7 per year
2. Update fees for reseller packages and owner packages: $10 per year
3. Update fee for all whitelabel packages: $30 per year
4. Update fee for special packages: $50 per year
If the buyer makes a purchase through an affiliate that provides a special bonus, then accessing the bonus is the affiliate's full responsibility.

These are the terms & conditions of the purchase / sale and purchase agreement which are made and mutually agreed upon consciously and without coercion by the buyer and BotMaster for the common good.
